Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify in time will result in a 50% fee of the service scheduled.
Missed Appointments
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no shows will be required to pay 100% of the services scheduled. You will be required to pay this before you are able to book another appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to your appointment in order for us to have the proper time allotted to perform your service. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be asked to reschedule and may incur a 50% fee of the service scheduled. It is important we are not rushing your service and/or making the next person in the schedule wait longer for their service.
Salon Policies
Service Adjustments & Refunds
We are committed to clients loving their hair after every service. We at Golden Salon Co do not offer refunds- however- if notified within the first 7 days after a service, we are happy to offer a service adjustment for the services that were provided. You must be willing to work with stylists schedules, but we will get you back in as promptly as possible to adjust the service that was unsatisfactory.
Product Returns
If you purchase a retail product from our salon and it is not up to your satisfaction you can return your product up to 7 days after purchase for a full refund OR exchange for another product of the same or lesser value.
Etiquette
While in our salon we expect everyone to be treated with respect, both stylists and clients. We are fostering a calm, fun, and relaxing environment for everyone. We will NOT tolerate disruptive behavior, yelling, loud phone calls, name-calling, or anything else that does not align with our values at Golden Salon Co.
Kindness Policy
At Golden Salon Co, kindness is at the core of our values. We expect all employees and clients to demonstrate respect, empathy, and courtesy towards everyone who enters our space. We believe in fostering a workplace where positivity thrives, and kindness leads to meaningful connections. Any behavior that is hurtful, disrespectful, or harmful will NOT be tolerated. We encourage open communication and constructive feedback to resolve any conflicts amicably.
Children in Salon
We respectfully ask that children who do not have an appointment and are under 13 years old be left with a caretaker and not brought to your appointment. Children can be a distraction to both the clients and stylists, and it can be dangerous to have unsupervised children in a salon with sharp scissors, hot tools, and other dangerous objects. Nursing mothers and babies are an exception.
Right to Refuse Service
Golden Salon Co has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
